Weight Management Course
This course includes:
- 5 x sessions for weight management
- 3 x CD or MP3 recordings to reinforce our work together
- Course notes and an individual cravings buster routine
Using a combination of of Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) I will help you change your relationship with food and drink along with your eating habits. Whilst this is no magic wand, if you are really committed to losing weight then my unique programme will help you. We will work together to identify goals and targets for you to make the changes in order for you to be the shape and size you want to be.
One to one sessions will take place on each occasion. Course notes and 3 personalised CDs/MP3s will be issued throughout the duration of the course. These will support our work together and will be yours to use and keep forever.
